Our aim is to offer the highest service at the lowest price, and our plans are built so the numbers are always clear: every plan includes bids, and inspections are either included in your plan or simply priced per inspection — so there is no guesswork, and you can use them as you need.

Translations are different: they're free, and we'd like to keep them that way. We turn auction sheet translations around quickly at no charge, and we don't set hard limits on requests.

That said, translations exist to support genuine buying decisions. As a guide, an experienced buyer typically requests around 20 translations for each car they purchase. If an account consistently requests a large volume of translations without placing bids or buying, we may get in touch to understand how we can better help — and we reserve the ability to slow or limit translation requests on accounts where the pattern continues.
